The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my life. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. My plan of life was for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. This was my vision of what success would look like. But life had other ideas. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like going to work at my corporate job. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I felt like I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. While I moved towards my new life path I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help them. In 2014, I founded my small company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. As my career started to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life, my mother's loss of life. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace on Heaven. I will never forget her, and always remember her in my mind and my heart. The universe has the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways. I truly believe that my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. Her death on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start with a fresh start. For me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I can truly say that I live my life today and not just surviving as I did previously. As I tell my story I hope that my thoughts will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words will help you realize that you're not alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets as dying is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
